Service Description

Hatha Yoga flow with the focus on creating strength in body, mind and heart. Ideal for those who would like to have deeper understanding about yoga asanas (postures), meditation and yoga philosophy, who want to improve core strength, resilience in the body, who look for making progress through monthly sequences. These classes are for mixed abilities, modifications and variations are offered. We follow and complete well themed monthly sequences where each one of them unfolds in stages and in consecutive weeks to achieve solid aims & objectives that suit both - those new to yoga and those with experience on & off the mat. It makes the practice suitable for all levels, including complete beginners and experiences students. Through weekly repetitions muscular action becomes familiar to the body on a cellular level so student create a muscle memory to improve the strength, flexibility and sence of balance when moving in the same way off the mat, and can focus on the breath more at ease on the mat. This makes the practice progressive, rather than as a one-off fitness experience without using up body's energetic resources excessively - so while you build up strength, stability and stamina, you never feel exhausted unnecessarily. Hatha is the balance of strength and flexibility, lightness and heaviness, movement and stillness, and it promotes the sense of presence. My classes usually contain a combination of yoga postures focusing on strength with long holds, breathing techniques, mindfulness & meditation, guided deep relaxation and yoga philosophy. By following the aims of the yogic principles and the yogic branches and aspiring to experience them through safe, continually and gradually developing stages, practice becomes mindful, progressive, regulated and beneficial for all, not only for a short term but in a long term too. As a final result, you will leave the sessions with an improved strength & flexibility, calm and clarity in mind and with a greater sense of balance, harmony and connection. Cancellation Policy

In case of you are not able to make the class or would like to reschedule it, please cancel your booking online or get in touch with me at your earliest convenience. This will allow me to allocate the space for another student on the waiting-list. Please allow minimum 24 hours for group classes, 36 hours for private sessions and 2 hours for online sessions. No refund will be issued in case of a short notice or no-show.
