WHY SHOULD YOUR TWEEN / TEEN SIGN UP FOR THIS COURSE?
For the youth, peer pressure, social anxieties & information overload, body image, gender issues, isolation and bullying, family issues, time pressure, exam stress, pressure off materialism and on screen violence can be draining and overwhelming at times.
We wish we had started to do yoga and mindfulness practices when we were kid. As mothers of young people who are experiencing all the challenges of this modern yet demanding stressful world, we wish yoga and mindfulness practices would be part of national curriculums all around…
